Important
Before any athlete can participate in any sports team, you must complete all necessary steps in Aktivate (see below) and provide an updated physical.
Once a student makes a team there is a cost to cover that sport season and a team shirt!
What You Need to Try Out!

An account on Aktivate.com (Where you upload: Sports Physical, Medical insurance, birth certificate, all forms are on the school website)
- Transportation home after the tryout
- Appropriate Athletic Clothing

NOTE: In order to participate in middle school sports including tryouts you must have the following:
- Create an Aktivate Account and register your student (see below)
- Up-to-date Sports Physical uploaded on your students Aktivate account
- Medical Insurance uploaded on your students Aktivate account
- Birth Certificate Uploaded on your students Aktivate account
